Tick Borne Bacterial Illness Possibly Linked to Alzheimer’s, MS, Fibromyalgia

In a recent article a famous musician had been misdiagnosed with Alzheimer’s (Kris Kristofferson, age 80). As it turns out it was Lyme Disease all along. He is being treated for it and he is regaining his memory remarkably. Not only this, as many more celebrities have been infected (Daryl Hall from 80s super duo Hall and Oates).^[7] It looks like it may pass along within households. They have all raised awareness of Tick Borne diseases.

So the good news is that maybe the infection however difficult can be treated with antibiotics and herbal protocols (Buhner’s Protocol ^[12] is one of the more re-knowned and effective treatments.) ^[13] Buhner’s Protocol includes Cat’s Claw, Teasel Root Extract, Resveratrol and other supplements. This protocol produces a Herx reaction in those that are infected. A Herx reaction is a massive die-off of the infecting bacteria that brings back seemingly worse symptoms for a time then relief as some of the infection is wiped out.
