That reminds me I should check out that book too, you can gather what the Protocol is mostly there from the website.
Most recently heard about Cholestyramine noticed my insurance covers it, for the very first time took it today, hoping it will bind to neurotoxins mold or otherwise Lyme and Co and it seems to be working! Really feels like it’s drawing and leeching some nasty metals and other garbage out of my deeper tissues, brain, spine nerves gut etc.
My Buhners Protocol is inconsistent and incomplete (I don’t have every single herbal extract he recommends and certainly not the exclusive brands he prefers). I’m not out of the woods yet I’m about 50% I’d say.
Right now I’m in the middle of an improvised fast, after deworming cleanse from last night. 3-4 oz of olive oil and honey mixed with 1 teaspoon of Terpentine spirits.
I would say you really have to space it out, the detoxing and rebuilding your gut. Zero alcohol. Minimal caffeine.
Last thing I’ll say is dont underestimate the power of those herbal abx, they pack a wallop.
example of my most recent Buhner protocol over one weekend:
every 12 hours for 2-3 days or until you star herxing bad… about 15 drops of Teasel Root extract ( i dont recommend this much to start but knew what to expect to get it over with) 10 drops of Banderol (also powerful) a few capsules of Cats Claw each day Resveratrol from knotweed, Grapefruit seed extract powder (breaks open cysts) Siberian ginseng Eleuthero powder (adaptogen minimizes inflammation) Curcumin (anti-inflammatory also)
very good to have and makes a big difference if you can be spendy: Alive Multivitamin high potency, NTFactor, cholestyramine and activated charcoal for detox
well I’m going to re-post this on a blog or in a reddit post, so I hope I don’t sound like a shill if I include some product links in one or both of those. It helps me remember too, when I post what I’m taking.
Good Luck!
