Glutathione and Resveratrol
So I started using these supplements to help along my recovery and detoxification. I would generally classify these as Adaptogens that contribute to overall health regardless of current infection or being symptom free.
The important one, well they’re both important but why I chose the Resveratrol Plus Knotweed is because it is recommended in Buhner’s Protocol. The Knotweed has a chemical make-up that is uniquely designed to combat Borrelia Burgdorferi in its disseminated forms. You can get Resveratrol from other sources like grapes and wine, but Knotweed is the preferred form for treating Lyme.
The Glutathione helps my liver get rid of the toxic build up of bacterial debris as a generally antioxidant.
