So this is how it feels. Kidneys ache, off balance. Today was my first time after taking Benadryl and Alka Seltzer gold. My pee was cloudy, however I will say it felt like I was ridding toxins though. I took a bunch of other stuff last night maybe too close together including a shot of Bragg’s Red Apple Cider Vinegar, Omega 3 Fish Oil Doctor’s Best, Magnesium Doctors Best, CoQ10 Doctor’s Best, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Curcumin, Alive High Potency Multivitamin: all of these are supposed to help with inflammation and recovery.
Tried to sleep in on this Saturday morning with my BPAP machine which is on the highest setting 24/20 for “severe sleep apnea” which is so powerful it fills my stomach full of air and when I wake up I let out a 15 second burp of nothing air.
Is this how it’s going to be? I just saw more doctors in the last 2 months than I think I’ve seen in my entire life. Rheumatologist, Dermatologist, Infectious Disease Specialist, Primary.
I have to request antibiotics in a not dishonest way saying it’s for acne. They give me Doxycycline and Minocycline thankfully. If my body is a petri dish Bb (will reproduce in about 4-6 weeks if they don’t retreat to cyst or biofilm forms) hours so I will resume pulsing or cycling back on to abx within a few days. I want to fill my abx arsenal first. It seems the only thing missing is a prescription grade cyst buster Tinidazole, Cholestyramine, and Glutathione Lipoic. (update: got 2/3 now!) I may be just informed enough now to make a good freestyle treatment between Buhner’s, Healing Lyme Protocol, classic abx, and hopefully my family won’t put me out on the street in the meantime.
A strange small victory this week: my new ID specialist wrote a script for CD 57 (yay!) test & Flagyl (generic Metronidazole) and a slew of tests from her and my new rheumatologist should shed light on some things, or at least eliminate them.
So this is how it’s going to be: vague diagnoses by unwilling and maybe slightly incompetent doctors and prolonged costly treatments. My finances are so strained right now I think I may have been better off forgetting the blood tests and spent all those hundreds of dollars on treatments.
I had a handle on it earlier, from what I’ve read this is an anaerobic bacteria so they’ve gone deep, likely hanging out on my connective tissues, joints and nerves and there may not even be a huge number of them anymore but what is giving me symptoms is the “cytokine immune system overload” (see Marty Ross MD of Seattle he does a great live Webinar Q & A all archived on YouTube). So maybe if I concentrate on detox and sleep with a few key supplements things may start to look better again.
Oh yeah NT factor should help gotta remember that, and maybe some activated charcoal.
And also I’m trying to figure out what diseases a Salton Sea horsefly carries because I got an infected (or at least very large red and swollen area on my back) from one around ~ 2007. D’oh!
